With the growth in tendering and social media, the ability to put across a persuasive message on paper has never been more important. Many people struggle to achieve that. Yet the ability to write clearly – and in a way that makes the reader take notice – is a skill that can be learned by applying simple principles and techniques.

These courses enable participants to:

  • structure text so that the reader not only understands what their message is – but is also persuaded by it;
  • use the lay-out of the page to make content easy to absorb and to reinforce key points; and
