In addition to entrenching recommended practice across the firm, training should enable proposers to gain familiarity with the concepts of successful tendering in a non-threatening environment. Our training programmes are tailored to the specific circumstances of the firm and based around a relevant and realistic case study, providing participants with the opportunity to practise and hone their skills.

We also devise and conduct tailored training programmes for marketing staff, to help them prepare for a bid advisory role or to reinforce their skills in this area. Public courses designed to enrich the skills of bid managers are run through our sister company, Proposal Training Ltd.
