In the case of more complex client relationships – particularly if there are multiple points of contact between the two organisations – client service reviews may comprise one element within a broader framework for planning the future of the relationship. The process may also encompass:

  • analysis of internal information on the relationship;
  • analysis of market trends in the sectors where the client operates;
  • facilitated workshops to develop new initiatives and approaches;
  • development and documentation of an agreed plan, including targets;
  • regular reviews to ascertain progress.
