In the case of more complex client relationships – particularly if there are multiple points of contact between the two organisations – client service reviews may comprise one element within a broader framework for planning the future of the relationship. The process may also encompass:
- analysis of internal information on the relationship;
- analysis of market trends in the sectors where the client operates;
- facilitated workshops to develop new initiatives and approaches;
- development and documentation of an agreed plan, including targets;
- regular reviews to ascertain progress.
